Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the conditions under which clients, contractors, partners, and users may use digital products, platforms, and services delivered or operated by AxisEdge Technologies. This AUP applies alongside our Terms of Service and should be read alongside them.
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services or any platforms we develop for:
- Any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful under applicable law
- Sending unsolicited commercial communications (spam) or bulk messaging without consent
- Distributing malware, ransomware, viruses, or any harmful code
- Exploiting, harassing, or publishing private information about other individuals without consent
- Infringing intellectual property rights of AxisEdge or any third party
- Engaging in illegal discrimination based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, nationality, disability, or age
- Mining cryptocurrency, conducting distributed computing, or placing excessive load on shared infrastructure
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from systems or platforms without authorisation
- Impersonating individuals or organisations, including AxisEdge Technologies
- Collecting, processing, or storing personal data in violation of GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable data protection laws
- Hosting or distributing content that is obscene, violent, or promotes hate speech
- Any activity that could damage the reputation of AxisEdge Technologies
3. Security
You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any computer system, network, or data
- Conduct penetration testing or security scanning of any AxisEdge systems without prior written authorisation
- Intercept, monitor, or modify communications without consent
- Store payment card data in systems delivered by AxisEdge unless explicitly designed and certified for PCI-DSS compliance
4. Data Responsibilities
Clients using platforms built by AxisEdge are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring the lawful collection and processing of user data on those platforms
- Maintaining appropriate privacy notices and cookie consent mechanisms for end users
- Implementing Data Processing Agreements with any sub-processors
- Reporting personal data breaches to the relevant supervisory authority within required timeframes
AxisEdge is not liable for Client-caused data protection violations on platforms post-handover.
5. Content Standards
Content published through any platform developed by AxisEdge must:
- Comply with all applicable laws in the jurisdictions where it is accessible
- Not infringe third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Not contain false, misleading, or deceptive information
- Comply with advertising standards applicable in the target market (ASA in UK, FTC in US)
6. Enforcement
AxisEdge reserves the right to:
- Investigate suspected violations of this AUP
- Suspend or terminate services in cases of confirmed or probable violation
- Report violations to law enforcement or relevant regulatory authorities
- Seek legal remedies for losses caused by AUP violations

8. Amendments
We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
